Greetings to all This is a small introductory session about our Yogeshwar Vegetable Clinic. We are going to convey an important message about the 12 types of vegetables These are the vegetables that we use or being used by us on daily basis. These are the elegant vegetables of our country (India) which we utilize on our day-to-day life. They are ash-gourd, brinjal, Cluster Beans, snake gourd, pumpkin, ivy gourd, drumstick, ridge gourd, matured coconut, lemon, ladies-finger and plantain. We should be aware of these extra-ordinary 12 vegetables. We are going to learn how these 12 vegetables function. They are:- • Digestion System: Ash gourd • Kidney System: Brinjal • Nervous system: Cluster Beans • Biological Clock System (Gas System): Snake Gourd • Muscular System: Pumpkin • Skin system: Ivy gourd • Respiratory System: Drumstick • Immunity System (Pituitary Gland): Ridge gourd • Skeletal muscle system: Matured Coconut, Tender Coconut • Hormonal system (Endocrine Gland): Lemon • Exocrine gland: Ladies Finger • Circulatory System - (Frequent flow of blood and blood pumping in the heart): - Plantain The main reason for the creation of the above vegetables is purely because it is very much important for human health. The same has been created by our Supreme God Father in order to make the human health fit and fine. Hence, we would request you to utilize the above 12 vegetables which is created by our Supreme God Father in order to keep our health fit and fine. Thank you one and all.
